In grad school our professors always told of the horrors of being stuck in a basement for hours and days and months doing lab work and computing complex statistical analyses BY HAND!!! HOW DO YOU RUN A MANOVA BY HAND? I am not so sure if it is possible. And I hope I will never have to try it! An ANOVA is rough enough! One mistake early on and your entire analysis is off.

All this modern technology is beneficial in the name of efficiency and productivity, but when put into the wrong hands, sometimes things may go awry!
